Evan and Randi- Jive w/ Louis
I thought is was really cute and energetic. Randi did have a bit more presence.
Melissa and Ade- Jazz w/ Sonya
I really liked this one. It had it's own look and they seemed really together.
Jason and Kaitlin- Hip Hop w/ Shane Sparks
Not what I expected for a Shane Sparks routine. Very soft. The first half was sort of bland to me, but there was some cool moves towards the end. OK.
Jeanette and Brandon- Disco w/ Doriana
It was very fast and very disco. I thought they danced it really well. This is where the judges most annoyed me, with Mary screaming for five minutes and Lil C talking about the birth of progression.
Asuka and Vittolio- Waltz w/ Louis
Major emoting. It was lyrical, pretty, flowing, but didn't really hold my attention. I also got bored with all of the sappy artspeak. I'm also worried for them. I think they're good dancers, but the victims of duller routines.
Kayla and Max- Pop jazz w/ Brian
The costumes were distracting. I thought is was pretty good, but maybe the routine seemed a bit frenetic.
Karla and Jonathan- Contemporary with Stacey
It was well-danced and Jonathan's actually really strong and did well on the lifts, but I still find it off-putting that he looks 14. Always pulls me out of the dance.
Phillip and Jeanine- Tango w/ Tony
I could tell the Phillip's posture was iffy and that he really wasn't hitting the sharp footwork. I thought Jeanine did really well. I rolled my eyes when Nigel claimed that they were being compared to the pro tango dancers last week. I'd forgotten all about it, and I'm pretty sure the rest of the audience has too.
Ashley and Kupono- Hip Hop w/ Shane Sparks
Sharp, looked really good to me, looked more like a Shane Sparks routine. I don't know what's up with the judges. I guess I didn't really notice her being a shadow, so maybe they were expecting that to be a bigger component.

I think Jason and Kaitlin for sure, that was pretty forgettable. After that, maybe Phillip and Jeanine, although he has quite a following. I think it might be Asuka and Vittolio for the final couple. It could also be Ashley and Kupono if people listen to the judges. Or just possibly Kayla and Max, because of the costuming.
I'd send Jason and Jonathan home if I could, and none of the women. I think it might actually be Jason and Kaitlin.
